The product creates a thermal barrier between the drum load and the external weather by reducing heat exchange.
Can be used multiple times. Available with or without bottom base, to secure the chemical drums from all sides.
Custom sizes are available based on the requirements.
Test Validated for Guaranteed Performance. Available in BUB901, MF901, PAF901, and METQ insulation material grades. White labelling options are available with flexible minimum order quantities.

Mettcover BUB901 Insulated Drum Cover

Mettcover’s BUB901 insulation grade features a 4mm thick bubble insulation layer and double-sided reflective layers for exceptional temperature control between 15°C and 25°C.
This drum cover has insulation equivalent to 45mm EPS, ensuring that temperature-sensitive products are safely transported. The industry’s go-to solution for paint & chemicals shipments with insulation equal to or greater than 45mm EPS.
Protects shipping labels up to 25°C.

Mettcover METQ Insulated Drum Cover

The MET-Q is constructed with durable, water-resistant polyester on both sides and features a 15mm thick layer of insulation fibre.
This design makes it ideal for safeguarding valuable shipments that require specific temperature control.
The insulation acts as a protective barrier around the drum, maintaining temperatures between 2°C to 8°C for various profiles.
With a threshold of <-1.5°C – 40°C, it offers reliable protection against external weather conditions. It is a highly recommended solution for transporting biologics, modern coatings, and pharmaceutical liquids.

Featuring a unique combination of PURE ALUMINUM FOIL, METALIZED POLYESTER, and POLYPROPYLENE WOVEN FABRIC, MF901 is an exceptional material grade that provides unparalleled thermal protection for your valuable cargo.
With its slim 0.15 mm thickness and specialised 3-layered insulation structure, this reflective grade offers superior performance in a wide temperature range, making it a versatile choice for various applications.
In fact, it boasts a high-temperature endurance of up to 45°C and an impressive 97% reflectivity on both sides.
