The thermal liners made from MF 901 and MF 905 insulation materials creates a safe cavity inside the container and are test validated to maintain the load at below 40°C from port to inland journey.

MF 905 Container Liner Kits are developed to protect 20 feet Shipping Containers; 20′ x 8′ x 8′ (Standard) and 20′ x 8′ x 9.5′ (High Cube).

The thermal insulation container liner kits developed by us boasts a complete six-sided woven reflective structure that seamlessly integrates into a standard dry shipping container. Once fitted, the liner creates an impermeable shield around your cargo, safeguarding it from all six walls and ensuring a stable and consistent environment within the container. We recommend leaving a small gap (about 3/4 inch) between the liner and the container wall. By minimizing the surface contact, a remarkable 85% reduction in convection heat can be achieved.
