With Mettcover insulated shipping containers, perishables and other temperature sensitive cargo are protected from heat, container rain is eliminated, dry containers are maximised, and contamination is prevented. In order to maintain the load below 40°C from port to inland journey, the thermal liners are made from MF901 and MF905 insulation materials that create a safe cavity inside the container.

Our MF901 Grade Container Liner Kits are specifically tailored for 40 feet containers, including the standard size of 40′ x 8′ x 8′ and the high cube size of 40′ x 8′ x 9.5′. For protecting smaller shipments, our MF905 Container Liner Kits are made with 20 feet shipping containers in mind, including the standard size of 20′ x 8′ x 8′ and the high cube size of 20′ x 8′ x 9.5’.

Our thermal insulation container liner kits feature a full six-sided woven reflective structure that seamlessly fits into a standard dry shipping container. Upon installation, the liner provides an impermeable shield for your cargo, protecting it from all six walls and maintaining a stable environment within the container. For optimal results, we suggest leaving a small gap (approximately 3/4 inch) between the liner and the container wall to minimise surface contact and achieve an impressive 85% reduction in convection heat.
