Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 10 days from the date order placed. The shipping can be delayed in case of natural calamities, or any government restrictions like curfew or lockdown.
The pin codes where our logistics partners can’t deliver the product, company will be communicating with the customer by written or telephonic medium and cancel the order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping would be free for all states and UT of India. Customer does not have to pay any shipping charge by any means. Company would bare all shipping and transportation cost.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customer will be receiving the tracking number of the shipment via SMS on the mobile number provided by the customer immediately when the company will book the shipment. Customer can track the order by using the tracking number in our logistics partner website.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The company will be responsible to deliver the product on MRP which is including GST, however company is not responsible to bare other taxes or duties like custom or any other.
Damages
The company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
