Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 days from the date of order placement. Shipping may be delayed in the event of natural calamities or government restrictions, such as curfews or lockdowns. The company will communicate with customers in writing or by telephone in case of pin codes where our logistics partners cannot deliver the product, and orders will be canceled.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free for all states and Union Territories of India. Customers are not required to pay any shipping charges. The company covers all shipping and transportation costs.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customers will receive the shipment’s tracking number on their registered email address provided immediately when the company books the shipment. Customers can track the order using the tracking number on our logistics partner’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The company is responsible for delivering the product at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), including GST. However, the company is not responsible for other taxes or duties, such as state taxes, octroi, customs or any other forms of government duties and taxes.

• Mettcover Global offers both single-use and multi-use data loggers for sale. These devices come preconfigured with specific parameters suitable for common use cases, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. For users requiring custom parameter settings or adjustments beyond the preconfigured parameters, Mettcover Global provides access to the Mettemp Log tech software. This software is intended for users who possess the technical expertise and knowledge required to modify data logger settings. Free support is available for assisting users in using the configuration software.

• Start-Stop Functionality: Single-use data loggers may include a start-stop functionality for recording data. Customers are responsible for understanding and using this feature correctly. Any accidental activation or misuse of the start-stop function leading to unintended data logging will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Mettemp Log-Tech Software Terms of Use

Software License Agreement

Mettemp Log Tech software is licensed, not sold, to you by Mettcover Global. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software solely for your personal or business use.

Restrictions on Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the software. The software may not be used for any illegal or prohibited activities under these terms.Any use of the software that may harm, damage, or impair its functionality or the functionality of related systems or services is strictly prohibited.

Software Updates and Support

Mettemp Log Tech software may receive updates that you are required to install in order to continue using the software. Support for the software is available in accordance with the documentation provided or as outlined by Mettcover Global.

Termination

This license agreement automatically terminates if you breach any of these terms. Mettcover Global reserves the right to terminate this license at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
