Insulated AKE Liners

Perishable and pharmaceutical items are protected optimally from temperature loss during air transit with Mettcover Thermal AKE Liners. Our AKE Liners are available in two insulation material grades, BUB901 and MF901. Each is designed to offer excellent thermal protection for your valuable cargo.
With a double side reflective grade, MF901 AKE Liner is constructed of pure Aluminum Foil, Metalized Polyester, and Polypropylene woven fabric. Despite its effectiveness, MF901 maintains a remarkable thinness with a mere 0.15mm thickness, making it lightweight and excellent for insulation.
There is a breakthrough in thermal insulation with BUB901 AKE Liners, as they surpass the performance of 45 mm EPS sheets while providing additional benefits. Featuring a double sided reflective layer along with a solitary 4MM air bubble sheet, it provides efficient thermal insulation while being lightweight and cost-effective.

This multilayered but lightweight METQ SUPER ULD Thermal Cover is made of MET-PET and infused with industrial-grade insulation fibre-fills. A multilayered yet lightweight material with double-sided reflective layers. Ideal for temperature-sensitive products that need to be transported between 2°C and 8°C and 15°C to 25°C.
Providing unparalleled thermal protection, our ULD Thermal Covers are available in convenient sizes of 3190mm X 2450mm X 1620mm. We also offer custom sizes and configurations on flexible minimum order quantities.
