During Thermal Cover testing, we keep in mind all parameters such as Product mass, External temperature profile, Product packaging, Product temperature profile, and logger position before starting any validation.
In actual cases of shipping, performance reports are usually better than ours, so we represent them at their minimum level.
In addition to performing validations in chambers, we also conduct live validations in direct sunlight during summer months in India.
Analysing all reports and comparing the performance of different grades, we provide the customer with the best suitable solution based on the shipping lane.
For our testing, we use calibrated loggers and chamber.
Our products are rigorously tested using ISTA’s Standard Testing Methods.
With complete transparency, our testing laboratory will conduct product exposure tests as well as design and employ profiles tailored to your needs. As a result of a performance test, the product will be shown to be effective against extreme ambient temperature profiles, the rate at which the temperature drops and the duration at which the temperature drops.
