Thermal Pallet Cover or Disposable thermal pallet cover are used for controlled temperature products. Like pharmaceuticals, when exposed to weather tend to quick excursion due to large gap between ambient and product temperatures. Many studies suggest, due to delayed tarmac time the temperature inside the pallet raises even than the ambient temperature due to greenhouse effect. Mettcover Thermal Pallet Blankets are made to provide a thermal protection and act as a thermal barrier between weather and pallet loads.
A temperature sensitive air cargo tends to get excursion due to extreme weather conditions. At very high or very ambient temperatures, it becomes difficult to maintain the required temperature ranges of the products during shipping. But, Insulating them with Thermal Pallet Cover and Thermal Cargo Cover reduces the energy exchange rates and delays the excursion period.

THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER X-PRO-Z
- With a thickness of 20 MM, this material grade is made for highly temperaturesensitive products, keeping them safe and secure during transits in peak summers and winters.
- Recommended for 2ºC to 8ºC and 15ºC to 25ºC temperature control.
- Two layers of large bubble composed with both sides reflective layers.
- Makes an insulation wall over pallet load.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER X-PRO-X
- Comes with a 3 MM thickness t o protect products from extreme weather conditions.
- Consist of 5 layers including Aluminum foil, Insulation foam and vapour absorbing porous filament layer.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER X-PRO-A
- A unique composition of 7 layers, consist of multiple layers of Non-woven & sandwiched with Pure aluminum foil.
- Outer white layer of Cast Unoriented Polypropylene laminated with Non-woven makes it tears and puncture resistant.
- Mechanically strong product, however occupies less space during transportation and storage.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER® METQUILT EXTREME
- A complex composition of reflective layer of Pure aluminum foil along with multiple insulation layers like Insulation foam, porous filament and insulating fibre-fills.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of -20ºC to 0ºC, and 2ºC to 8ºC.
- Best product to protect high value and highly sensitive pharmaceuticals during shipping.
- Also available with 2 sided and 4 sided openable options.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER BUB901
- Two reflective layers composed with single layer of air bubble with the thickness of 4 MM.
- Equivalent performance of 45 MM thick EPS sheet.
- Light in weight, easy to use product. Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER PAF901
- Made with pure aluminum foil both sides and non-woven fabric in middle to create a dotted structure.
- Pure aluminum foil has high reflection property along with a good insulation.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER PAF902
- Consist of thin and compressed material structure having the thickness of 0.16mm.
- Made with pure aluminum foil both sides and heavy duty fabric laminated in between.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER MF901
- Made with multiple layers containing of Pure aluminum foil, Metalized Polyester and Polypropylene woven fabric.
- Very thin 5 layered structure with 0.15 mm thickness.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC and Below 40ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER MF902
- A best performing, ultra-thin 3 layered material structure, contains highly reflective outer surface laminated with black coloured porous inner layer.
- Very compact when folded, light in weight and economical grade.
- Best suitable for temperature sensitive products to be protected between temperature range of 15ºC to 25ºC and Below 40ºC.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER MF903
- Made with multiple layers containing of Metalized Polyester and Polypropylene woven fabric.
- Recommended for 15ºC to 25ºC and below 40ºC temperature controlled products.
- An economical range of thermal pallet covers.
THERMAL PALLET COVER METTCOVER MF905
- The Thinnest, lightest and most economical grade of thermal pallet covers having METPET reflective surface outside laminated with Polypropylene woven.
- Recommended for low value temperature sensitive products for temperature range below 40ºC.
- When temperature control along with rustproofing is the concern, MF905 is the best option.
