However, pure aluminum foil have additionally insulation property. However, with Bottom base sheet pallet receives protection from all six sides. It is highly recommended to buy Pallet Insulation blankets with bottom base sheet. This enhances the performance many times than using them without bottom base sheet.
Thermal Blankets for Pallets Validations and Performances
Before taking decision of buying Thermal Pallet Covers and Blankets regardless of costs, it is better to check the performances. The live validation in the summers temperatures and in contact with direct sunlight are the most accurate results.Rather than doing test in the environmental chambers. As environmental chambers do not have actual sunlight. But the results can be considered nearer to the direct summer sunlight. Because if Thermal blankets do not perform during live shipping of the temperature sensitive goods, the total cost of thermal blankets get spoiled, along with the credibility of the manufacturers or suppliers.
Temperature data loggers (single use or multiple use) are generally used to check performances of the Thermal pallet covers. It is most important to check the calibration report of the data logger before starting the use. Calibrated data loggers give the best and errorless results.
